I don't understand this one. Nixon and Bush. But Nixon was before my time.
I changed it but I am not sure its any better. I can't say I love it.Nixon erased the 8 minutes, but left the rest of the tapes. Bush tossed (all the backup tapes of) the emails away, showing that one can learn from the past.
Nixon: can I borrow $10?
