No there isn't. It is based on the posted link that has the tiny map showing the dry land of the future. I stacked this on top of a Google maps of the world.
Maybe I should try making "my own" version altogether. I don't understand many of the things in the link, at it is intended to be a model of clarity. The Hollywood Hills for example, are higher than 8 meters.
