The issue for the USA is the size of the oil export market.
Today, 35 million barrels per day are available, [larger graph]
but Mexico's and Russia's exports are declining.
The UK no longer exports any of its oil from the North Sea.
The USA imports 13 mbbl/day, of the 35 available.
