An American would arrest people who boasted in writing of committing a felony, who killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people, who subverted the Constitution.
No they wouldn't. We don't arrest felons who are above a certain power level. And we've been killing lots of innocent people since at least world war 2, and actually right back to the beginning, if you count the native Americans as people. By the way--is it illegal to "subvert the constitution"? What does that even mean?
