I saw a comment someplace that I can't seem to find again, that these are probably ethanol cars, and that the oil cars stop in another area adjacent. ("north yard" - I am not familiar with the term, whether this is the north yard or the other location is the north yard)
The comment is under the YouTube video. Not that hard to find. It said that this yard is called the "Frontier Yard", and the other yard nearby is called the "North Yard".
