1. The ocean exchanges CO2 with the atmosphere
2. As he ocean warms, it gives off more CO2 to the atmosphere.
3. Take CO2 out of the ocean and the ocean will take CO2 out of the air.
4. Getting CO2 out of the ocean is easy to do on a small scale.
Doing it on a relevant scale is another story.
